Prompt seed#

Read /inbox/checklist.xlsx (the data room checklist) and the source
folders listed in /CLAUDE.md/source-folders.
For each checklist item, find the source document.
Place a renamed copy (per /CLAUDE.md/naming) into /output/dataroom/[section]/.
Update /output/data-room-status.xlsx with status per item
(Complete / Missing / Unclear).
For Missing or Unclear, list a proposed source in /output/gaps-memo.docx.
Plan first. Never modify originals.

  • Originals untouched; copies in the data room.
  • Naming convention strictly enforced.
  • Unclear is honest — do not mark as Complete on inference.
  • Common trip-up: stale versions. Always pull the latest available; flag if a source folder has multiple plausible versions.
