Cowork Bible changelog — what we've changed and why

The audit trail. Every meaningful update to the bible — content, structure, capability matrix changes — recorded with date, page affected, and reason. This is what makes living document mean something.

Format#

Reverse chronological. Each entry: date, page(s), summary, link to the diff if applicable.

Categories of changes#

• Capability — when Anthropic ships new Cowork capability, related capability-matrix and workflow pages update.
• Plans / pricing — when Anthropic adjusts pricing or plan terms.
• Security — when SOC 2 / ISO certs renew, when DPA / BAA terms change.
• Workflow — when a Tinkso engagement uncovers a better pattern.
• Editorial — clarity edits, typo fixes (logged but light-touch).

Review cadence#

• Foundations, security, capabilities — re-reviewed monthly.
• Workflows, prompt library — re-reviewed at any meaningful Cowork release.
• Reference (FAQ, comparison, pricing) — quarterly.

• Why. AWS Weekly Roundup of 2026-04-27 surfaced Claude Cowork in Amazon Bedrock; Anthropic published the broader Cowork on 3P documentation tree at claude.com/docs/cowork/3p with four supported inference routes. Mid-market regulated buyers (healthcare, financial services, defence, EU residency) now have an actual procurement path that doesn't go through Anthropic-hosted infrastructure. The bible needed coverage that distinguishes the residency-real routes (Bedrock, Vertex AI) from the residency-look-alike (Foundry) before that confusion lands in a customer engagement.

• Status caveat. Cowork on 3P is currently a Research Preview. All five new pages carry status: research-preview-tracking and a re-verification cadence note.

2026-04-25 — v0.1 launch#

Initial publication of the Cowork Bible. Nine sections, 70+ pages: Foundations, Getting Started, Capabilities, Security & Governance, Workflows (across five functions), Prompt Library, Rollout Playbook, Troubleshooting, Reference. Mounted at /bible.

Open work seeded for v0.3#

• Add anonymised case data once Q3 2026 deployments are public-ready.
• Function-specific workspace templates (Finance, RevOps, etc.) shipped as downloadable zips.
• French translation pass (decision pending — likely deferred for cowork.tinkso.com EN-only).
• Video walkthroughs for the First 30 minutes page.
• Live capability matrix that re-verifies against Anthropic's release notes monthly.
