How to use a pack#

  1. Copy the relevant pack into the workspace's CLAUDE.md under ## Saved prompts.
  2. Edit the file paths and house-style references to match the workspace.
  3. Use the prompts as-is for two weeks; iterate based on what trips up.

Where the "custom" prompts live#

For the prompts marked custom above, we ship the spec in a separate template file when we deliver a Tinkso engagement. They are role-specific enough that we author them per client rather than publish them as one-size-fits-all.

Tinkso's take#

The pack is a starting line, not a finishing one. The team that gets the most out of these packs is the one that prunes them within a month — replacing the generic prompts with their own variations, deleting the ones they don't use, and adding the prompts that show up organically in week three. A role pack that has not been edited by week six is a role pack the team has stopped using.
