Page goal#

A curated set of prompts tested in real Tinkso engagements. Each one is a starting point, not a recipe — but starting from a working pattern beats starting from zero.

How this library is organized#

Six pages, each a thematic pack. The library covers the patterns; the Workflows cover the end-to-end jobs. Use prompts from this library inside workflows, not instead of them.

• Prompt anatomy — what every good Cowork prompt has, and the failure modes when it doesn't.
• File and folder prompts — organize, rename, deduplicate, manifest.
• Document generation prompts — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF.
• Data extraction prompts — receipts, invoices, forms, tables in PDF.
• Research prompts — web research, document corpus synthesis, comparison.
• Role prompt packs — bundles for CFO, COO, Head of Sales, HR Lead, EA.

Conventions#

Each prompt in the library:

• Names the input folder, the output folder, the format.
• Asks Cowork to plan before acting on more than 5 files.
• Specifies voice, length, and quality bar.
• Includes a "what to push back on" note.

When you copy a prompt, change the paths, the file names, and the voice references to match your workspace before running.

How to write your own#

After you've used 5–10 library prompts, you'll start writing your own. The pattern is in Prompt anatomy. Save your originals into your workspace's CLAUDE.md so they outlive the chat session.
